Vegetarian and Vegan options

A challenge for Serena's Mexican cuisine was to integrate vegetarian and vegan products in her family's recipes, without losing the essence of the flavor that characterizes them.She has managed to maintain the taste of a traditional cuisine in a more modern way of presenting its dishes, always seeking the balance between the elements and the quality of the product. Being located in Kensington Market, we have had the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with local producers, being surprised on several occasions by products and spices difficult to find outside of Mexico.
