For over 12 years Emmanuel Becerra has developed a career in customer service for the food and beverage industry. He has had the opportunity to lead teams in different countries such as México, USA, Dominican Republic and Canada. His incursion at restaurants of the all-inclusive resorts of the Mexican Caribbean led him to become an expert in service standards according to the protocols of the AAA and Forbes.Highlighting his collaboration as Maitre at Passion by Martin Berasategui, awarded with the 5 Diamonds of the AAA. With the expansion project of the Pancho and Emiliano brand, Emmanuel and his team will strive to ensure that every aspect of the experience with our authentic Mexican kitchen is unique.
Alain Andrade is originally from Hidalgo, with over 10 years of experience in different cuisines from all over the world,he has become a key element in the evolution of chef Serena Hernandez´s kitchen, providing a touch of modernity and luxury. Coming from a family oriented by home cooking, now he refocuses on Mexican specialties. His previous ventures into the all-inclusive hotels of Mexican Caribbean and Los Cabos (Dreams, Be Loved, Courtyard Marriot, Oasisand Holliday Inn ) have provided him with a great perspective on discovering what customers are looking for in our kitchen. Without a doubt, this talented Mexican chef will lead us to continue innovating.
