Originally from Oaxaca, land of maguey and mezcal, Serena Prontack has proudly created her most delightful menu based in artisanal cooking methods with strong family roots filled with millenary traditions allow Chef Serena to share flavors that are unique and not easy to find outside México. She adjusts her techniques in order to cater to different food allergies and intolerances without losing the distinct essence in her traditional recipes.
